Mission


As Senior Product Manager, you will be responsible for driving innovation and growth for Monizze's Fintech, HR-tech and Marketing-tech product offerings. Acting as an intrapreneur, you will ideate, develop and launch new products and solutions to the market.


Your duties will include conducting market analysis, creating strategic partnerships, building business plans, and managing the implementation and go-to-market phases. You will also lead a multi-disciplinary squad to ensure the project is completed on time and to the highest standard.


You contribute to the innovation pipeline of the company by feeding your creativity through multiple channels, such as attending events and meetings with key actors in the sector, as well as actively monitoring the market and its ever-changing trends. Additionally, you should strive to collaborate with colleagues, exchange ideas, and foster an environment of creative thinking within the company.


Responsibilities

  • Preparation of implementation phase, i.e. convert ideas to a functional design
    • Organize & lead squad workshops
    • Generate business case
    • Generate planning/roadmap for delivery
    • Generate personae description and user journeys
    • Generate detailed functional blueprint
    • Coordinate with IT architects for delivery of IT Architecture BluePrint
    • Reporting to a steering committee
  • Project management of implementation phases (execution)
    • Overall follow-up
    • Status reporting, issue escalation and reporting
    • Coordinate all IT, Business and external efforts (like legal/contractual discussion, deliveries of partners…)
    • Reporting to a steering committee

Job requirements


Your profile


  • Experience
    • Proven experience as a Product Manager (with strong business sense) working in a SaaS environment
    • Experience launching products from 0 to 1 (including GTM)
    • Proven project management capabilities
    • Knowledge and experience in the Fintech, HR-tech, and/or Marketing-tech industry, with focus on:
      • Payments and cards
      • Employee Benefits Management
      • eCommerce
      • Coupons & Gift cards
  • Attitude
    • Hands-on approach: we are a scale-up, with no resources to spare.
    • Comfortable fixing goals for yourself and for the product your launching (KPI)
    • Excellent communication skills at all levels of seniority, using all available channels
    • Excellent analytical skills
    • Strong leadership
    • Team player, eager to help out others and share knowledge
  • Language
    • You are perfectly fluent in Dutch and English.
    • Having a professional working proficiency in French is an asset.
  • Miscellaneous
    • Knowledge of Data Analytics, like SQL querying
    • Familiar with Agile and Scrum methodologies
