Monizze is a rapidly growing fintech company, with a great entrepreneurship culture and a digital “scale-up” spirit.

Due to our constant growth, we are seeking a talented Growth Marketeer to take the lead with our growth marketing strategies.


Your main duties include running experiments across the funnel, improving conversion rate, and working cross-department to collaborate on new initiatives.

If you’re interested in using systematic ways to test experiments and can generate innovative ideas to increase sales in a B2B2C environment, we would like to meet you. As a growth marketing lead, your job is to find the channels and strategies to increase revenue.

Ultimately, you should be able to find new and innovative ways to increase revenue and meet company goals.


  • The growth strategies are established with cross functional team (Product, Services, Sales) and efficiently support Monizze’s revenue goals. Cost effective lead gen are optimized.
  • Acquisition campaigns are created, managed and experimented with new user.
  • Campaigns on a wide range of concept drive education and engagement
  • Increase of new business lead inflow and cross selling opportunities
  • New co marketing opportunities with partners are identified and developed
  • Monizze is actively present on social media platforms (including Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube)
  • Continuous improvement is developed, based on data analysis, including uncovered areas
  • The executive level receives your recommendations, reports, and findings from experimental data and is thus enabled to drive appropriate decisions.

  • With 3+ years’ experience growth marketing, you demonstrate solid project management skills: ability to lead and collaborate with cross-functional partners, prioritize high impact activities, and keep complex projects moving forward.
  • Your mindset is very hands-on and operational : next to managing all aspects of a project, you must be able to create and execute your plan.
  • An entrepreneurial/ start-up attitude that can make good value for money choices while keeping the budget under control
  • You have strong growth track record, with samples and results of past campaigns.
  • You add an outstanding written, oral and organizational ability
  • You master and have Knowledge of HTML, CSS, Google Analytics, Google Data Studio, Unbounce, Pardot, Hootsuite
  • In order to feed your work, you are proficient with Analytics
  • SEO knowledge is a plus
  • You speak French, Ducth and English
