Your Team in a Nuttshell

You’ll be joining the Onboarding HUB, a team that helps clients to onboard, and increase their purchase power. We work cross-functionally and support Monizze’s ambition to grow sustainably, with a strong culture of collaboration, ownership and continuous improvement.

Job requirements

What You’ll Do

  • Guide new clients through the onboarding process in a segmented and structured way, ensuring a smooth start with Monizze.

  • Conduct a high volume of proactive onboarding calls (no physical appointments), with the clear goal of placing a first order during the call to maximize client activation and commercial impact.

  • Educate clients on Monizze’s value proposition and how to get the most of our services from day one.

  • Use strong objection handling skills to address client questions or concerns and confidently guide them toward a first order.

  • Manage multiple onboarding cases simultaneously while coordinating with various internal stakeholders.

  • Collaborate closely with the Sales, Customer Care, and Product teams to ensure alignment and a seamless client experience.

  • Use data and client feedback to identify blockers and opportunities to improve onboarding efficiency and conversion.

  • Participate in team meetings, feedback loops, and ongoing training to sharpen your commercial approach.

  • Share insights, tools, and learnings to improve onboarding flows and boost client engagement.

  • Contribute to Monizze’s performance-driven and supportive culture by embracing feedback, innovation, and shared success.

What You’ll Bring

Must-haves

  • A client-focused mindset with a natural drive to guide and convert customers during onboarding.

  • Strong communication and objection handling skills, both written and verbal.

  • A results driven, commercial mindset and proactive attitude, with the ability to turn conversations into concrete outcomes.

  • Ability to multitask and manage several onboarding cases simultaneously while maintaining quality and structure.

  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.

  • Comfort using digital tools and CRM systems to track client progress and manage workflows.

  • A collaborative attitude and a willingness to grow in a fast-paced, supportive team environment.

  • Fluent in Dutch and French

  • Good understanding of English

Nice-to-haves

  • Previous experience in a customer-facing, sales, or onboarding role.

  • Familiarity with tools like Salesforce
