Role Overview:

We are seeking a Compensation & Benefits Sales Specialist who will:

  • Play a pivotal role in the development of our new HR tech products, working closely with our HR Tech Product Manager to integrate cutting-edge compensation and benefits strategies & best practices.
  • Act as our client-facing expert, supporting our Sales Team during the sales process.


What you will do:

  • Investigate the compensation & benefits landscape in Belgium to extract best practices, optimization niches & improvement opportunities, while complying with legal standards.
  • Collaborate with the HR Tech Product Manager to integrate these strategies into our product offerings.
  • Provide expert advice on Belgian social law, staying updated on changes and implications for our business and clients.
  • Support the sales team during client visits, providing technical expertise and answering queries related to compensation, benefits, and labor laws.
  • Assist in the formulation and execution of our go-to-market strategy for new HR tech products, ensuring a smooth introduction to the market.
  • Educate and train the Sales Team on a regular basis to increase their knowledge of compensation and benefits strategies.


What You Will Bring:

  • Master's degree or Bachelor's degree in labor law and social legislation or relevant experience
  • Strong knowledge of Belgian social law (particularly the legal aspects of compensation and benefits) and its application in business contexts
  • Comp & Ben expertise ideally in small and larger organizations or in a social secretariat
  • Passion for the Human Resources field
  • Excellent communication skills & fluent in Dutch and French
  • Ability to convince, influence & motivate others (prospects / customers / fellow sales colleagues, product counterpart)
  • Experience in working with cross-functional teams and supporting sales processes in a technical advisory capacity
