Job requirements

What You’ll Do

You own the full customer lifecycle: from the first spark of demand, through conversion and activation, to product adoption, cross-sell and upsell. Not a single stage in isolation: the whole journey, end to end, with revenue as the scoreboard.

  • Turn commercial priorities into concrete acquisition, conversion and lifecycle tactics

  • Build and execute campaigns that generate qualified demand and move the pipeline

  • Define audiences, angles, messages, journeys and calls to action

  • Write, adapt and review campaign content: emails, nurture flows, landing pages, conversion copy,…. using AI as a daily working tool, not a novelty

  • Coordinate campaign activation across paid, owned and organic channels

  • Work with our external paid-media specialist to launch, monitor and optimise

  • Dig into funnel and channel performance to find exactly where people drop off

  • Run practical experiments across audiences, propositions, content, channels and journeys

  • Team up with Sales to sharpen lead quality, follow-up and conversion

  • Build onboarding, adoption, cross-sell and upsell campaigns with Product Marketing, Account Management and Customer Care

  • Turn performance data into concrete next moves, not just pretty dashboards

  • Bring more clarity to marketing-generated pipeline, customer acquisition cost and marketing ROI

What this role holds

  • Full ownership of a campaign from first idea to measured result

  • Hands-on execution: you write the brief, and you're still there when it ships

  • Direct collaboration with Product Marketing, Web/Content/SEO, Marketing Automation, Creative, Partner, Sales and Account Management

  • A real say in campaign angle, messaging and experimentation

What this role doesn’t hold

This is an individual-contributor role. To be upfront about the edges of it:

  • You won't manage other marketers or own a team

  • You won't need to produce every visual yourself or configure every platform end to end: specialists & proper tooling will support you there

  • You're not the owner of the marketing automation platform or its infrastructure. That sits with a dedicated Ops & Automation specialist you'll work closely with

  • You're not setting overall marketing strategy or team structure: you execute the growth tactics within a structure someone else is responsible for prioritising and resourcing

What stays yours throughout: moving the work forward and owning the outcome, from idea to activation to result.

How the role fits into the team

You report to the Head of Marketing Operations, who supports you with prioritisation, planning, coordination and access to the right resources. You also work closely with specialists across Product Marketing, Web/Content/SEO, Marketing Automation, Creative, Communication, Partner, Sales and Account Management.

What You’ll Bring

You're a commercially minded, hands-on marketer who'd rather build the campaign than write the recommendation about it.

Must-Haves:

  • At least five years of experience in B2B growth marketing, demand generation, revenue marketing, campaign marketing and/or performance marketing.

  • Experience working across both acquisition and customer lifecycle, not only lead generation

  • A track record of executing campaigns that contributed to qualified pipeline, adoption or revenue

  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to turn performance data into practical improvements

  • Experience with paid acquisition, landing pages, email marketing, nurturing and conversion optimisation

  • Experience collaborating with Sales, Account Management, Product and marketing specialists

  • You are native in French or Flemish, proficient in English. The second belgian language is an advantage

  • Prefer executing and testing ideas over producing recommendations that others must implement

  • Take ownership from campaign brief to measurable result

  • Are creative enough to develop compelling angles and analytical enough to evaluate their impact

  • Can work autonomously while respecting shared priorities and processes

  • Are comfortable working with imperfect data and improving things step by step

  • Know when to involve specialists without losing ownership of the initiative

  • Care more about customer and commercial impact than campaign output alone

Nice-to-Haves:

  •  The ability to develop campaign angles and produce or improve compelling marketing copy is an advantage

  • A good understanding of CRM and marketing-automation environments; experience with Salesforce and MCAE/Pardot is an advantage

  • Demonstrates experience using AI to accelerate content creation, analysis, testing and campaign execution

  • Experience in FinTech, HRTech, SaaS or another multi-product B2B environment is a plus.

What success will look like

You will help Monizze achieve:

  • More qualified demand and a stronger contribution from Marketing to the funnel.

  • Better-performing acquisition and lifecycle campaigns.

  • Improved conversion across landing pages, nurture flows and funnel stages.

  • Stronger alignment between Marketing and Sales.

  • More effective onboarding, adoption, cross-sell and upsell journeys.

  • A consistent rhythm of testing, learning and optimisation.

  • Clearer insight into channel performance, acquisition cost and marketing impact.

Why join Monizze?

Real operational ownership inside an ambitious Belgian challenger.

You'll work across several markets and solutions, run your own experiments, and see the direct impact of what you build. And this all backed by a multidisciplinary marketing team and a Head of Marketing Operations who clears the obstacles so you can focus on what matters most: “Turn marketing opportunities into pipeline. Turn pipeline into revenue.”

If you enjoy combining creativity, execution, data and commercial thinking and if you'd rather build the campaign than advise on it, let's talk.
