With a focus on delivering comprehensive solutions to businesses, we are expanding our presence in the +500 FTE companies segment. We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Key Account Manager to strengthen our position in this key market.

As Key Account Manager at Monizze you will be responsible to cultivate strong relationships, drive customer satisfaction, and maximize revenue opportunities with our largest customers. Reporting to the Head of Account Management and Acceptance network, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the overall success of the employer business unit.

Responsibilities

As a Key Account Manager at Monizze, your leadership will be crucial in driving the success of our customer engagement initiatives. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Develop and Implement Strategic account plans: Lead the creation and execution of comprehensive account plans to enhance customer engagement and satisfaction, ensuring alignment with our business objectives.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Be the Monizze/customer advocate and primary point of contact and be responsible for: building and maintaining strong relationships, understanding the customerโ€™s business needs, and providing tailored solutions that drive growth.
  • Performance analysis and reporting: Utilise data and reporting tools to track and measure the performance of key customers. Be the ear and mouth of the market and provide regular reports to the Commercial leadership team highlighting achievements, market trends, challenges, and best practices. โ€‹
  • Strategic Insights and Guidance: Provide strategic insights and guidance to customers, helping them maximize the value of our platform and applications, and proactively addressing their business challenges.
  • Thought Leadership: Position yourself as a thought leader within the industry, representing Monizze at events, webinars, and other forums to share best practices and insights.

Job requirements

  • You have experience in account management or sales of large accounts
  • You are bilingual, Dutch and French, English is a plus
  • Strong customer focus skills
  • You can empathise with customers' dilemmas and help them in a competent and compassionate way
  • Self-starter who is driven and able to work autonomously, with a taste for action
  • You value feedback and seek the opportunity to learn, grow and push yourself to the edge of your comfort zone in the pursuit of your own development
  • You are able to think dynamically to solve problems in an instant.
