Job description
Monizze is on a mission to help employers support the well-being and engagement of their people. From our roots in electronic meal and eco vouchers, we are now evolving into a comprehensive Reward Management System—offering smart, flexible, and human-centered salary solutions.
As part of this transformation, we’ve launched Reward Flex, a brand-new product line designed to give employees more choice and control over how they use their benefits. We’re looking for a dedicated Product Marketer who will focus exclusively on this new product line and help shape how Reward Flex enters and grows in the market. You’ll play a key role in connecting product, sales, and marketing—ensuring our Reward Flex solutions are well-positioned and clearly understood by the customers we serve.

Job requirements
You will be the go-to person for defining and executing our go-to-market strategy, shaping product narratives, and enabling our commercial teams with impactful messaging and materials. This role blends strategic ownership with operational execution—perfect for someone who enjoys both thinking and doing.
Must-haves
3 to 5 years’ experience in product marketing, ideally in B2B SaaS, HR tech, or salary-related solutions
Ability to position a product strategically—strong understanding of go-to-market processes, stakeholder management, and buyer personas
Storytelling skills: you turn features into benefits and messages into value
Cross-functional mindset: able to align Product, Sales, and Marketing in a fast-paced environment
High comfort level with writing: clear, structured, and appealing content
Ability to adapt your communication depending on the audience (from sales to leadership)
Language proficiency: Excellent command of English combined with mastery of French and/or Dutch
Soft skills & personality
Curious and proactive, not afraid to knock on doors and ask the right questions
Comfortable with ambiguity and evolving scopes
Strong prioritization skills—able to make sense of competing requests
Diplomatic but assertive: you know when to say no and how to say it
Able to handle pressure and switch gears quickly when needed
You thrive in a context where product is still in motion and actively growing
