Monizze is a leading provider of electronic meal vouchers, eco vouchers, gift vouchers, and innovative platforms within HR services such as Smart Rewards platforms.
We are currently seeking a Sales Executive to grow our affiliation network to maximize Belgian employeesโ€™ purchasing power.

As Sales Executive Affiliation at Monizze you will prospect and sign important retailers, increase revenues and optimize visibility. โ€‹ Reporting to the Sales Manager Affiliation, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the overall success of the affiliation business unit. You will work closely with the affiliation sales team and other stakeholders to cultivate strong relationships, drive customer satisfaction, and maximize revenue opportunities.

Your key responsibilities

  • Grow our affiliation network by hunting high-potential prospects, more specifically Points of Sales & E-Commerce merchants
  • Attract high-value brands to our online benefits platform Dealzz, by adding interesting offers & discounts
  • Open doors where at first hand people might think it's impossible
  • Support the global strategy by closely collaborating with other departments and detecting cross-selling opportunities
  • Complete the Sales affiliation process from A-Z, pride yourself on building the best business relationship you can. Customer is King
  • Take part in process optimization and continuous reporting

Job requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. โ€‹
  • A first, solid experience in business development in B2B. โ€‹
  • Language skills: You are native Dutch speaker with a strong professional knowledge of French & English. โ€‹
  • You are a critical thinker, a true go-getter with a strong drive for customer excellence.
  • You are a problem solver with a โ€œcan doโ€ attitude.
  • You have an interest in the retail & payments industries.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and changing environment.
