The program:
• 3 months – Onboarding & Customer Care: You’ll discover Monizze’s internal processes and learn how we prioritize customer experience and business understanding.
• 6 months – Commercial Operations Associate: You’ll play a key role in onboarding new clients, from signing up to daily support.
• 9 months – Sales (Your choice of focus):

• 📈 Direct Sales: You’ll prospect, identify opportunities, and present our solutions to potential clients.
• 💼 Account Management: You’ll build and nurture long-term relationships with our clients.

• Last 6 months – Choose your path!: Whether you decide to deepen your experience in Sales or explore new areas like Marketing or Innovation, you’ll actively contribute to Monizze’s strategy and growth.

🎓 Profile: Soon-to-be graduate (Bachelor or Master).
🧠 Curiosity: A desire to learn and evolve in a stimulating environment.
💬 Language Skills: Proficiency in French and Dutch (English is a plus).
🤝 Attitude: Autonomous, dynamic, with a team spirit and strong adaptability.
