Job description
As a Working Student in the Customer Obsession team, you will support our Transformation Lead and Customer Obsession Expert in driving customer-centric initiatives. You’ll gain hands-on experience in customer experience management, digital transformation, and data-driven decision-making in a fast-moving fintech environment.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Insights & Analysis
Collect, structure, and analyze feedback from different channels (surveys, NPS, support tickets, app reviews).
Prepare dashboards and reports to highlight customer pain points and opportunities.
Process & Journey Support
Help map and document customer journeys across digital and offline touchpoints.
Assist in identifying bottlenecks and proposing improvements.
Project Support & Ownership
Support ongoing transformation projects, from preparation to follow-up.
Take ownership of smaller customer-centric projects, driving them from idea to delivery with guidance from the team.
Digital & AI Exploration
Support initiatives leveraging digital tools and AI to enhance customer experience and internal processes.
Research new digital trends and propose innovative applications for Monizze.
Voice of the Customer
Contribute to initiatives that give employees, employers, and merchants a stronger voice in shaping Monizze’s services.
Help organize customer workshops, panels, or interviews.

Job requirements
Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program (Business Administration, Business Engineering, Computer Science, Economics, Communication, Psychology, or related fields).
Affinity with digital technologies, data, and AI applications.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; comfortable with Excel/Google Sheets, and ideally some experience with data visualization tools.
Curious, proactive, and willing to take responsibility for your own projects.
Excellent communication skills in French, Dutch, or English (knowledge of multiple is a strong plus).
Ability to work independently while collaborating closely with the team.

We are looking for someone who is naturally analytical, curious, and highly motivated to learn and grow. You thrive in a dynamic environment, are eager to take initiative, and enjoy exploring new ideas and challenges.
Availability & Schedule:
The role is offering 1–2 full days per week or 3 half-days, depending on your preference. But we are very flexible and happy to adapt to your schedule, so don’t hesitate to apply even if your availability is different, we’ll make it work!
Ideally, you would be available until the end of 2026 as a student, or at least through the summer of 2026. We are flexible with start dates, you could begin as early as November, but we are happy to adapt to your schedule.
